BioGRID ORCS Release Archive
This download directory contains BioGRID ORCS releases that have been retired and may no longer be representative of the most recent state of our curated crispr screen dataset. If you are starting a new project using our data, it is HIGHLY recommended that you NOT use these data files as they are not the most up to date version of our dataset, unless you go to the highest version numbered folder. The best dataset to use is in the CURRENT RELEASE directory.
Warning: This directory contains interaction datasets from an OLD build of BioGRID ORCS and is now retired. The BioGRID is a constantly evolving resource and this build is no longer supported. This build may contain data that are incorrect, deprecated, and obsolete. This dataset is to be used for LEGACY PURPOSES ONLY.
