External Database Builds

The following datasets are custom built specifically for processing by external database resources. If you did not request a dataset, you should NOT use any of these as they are not guaranteed to contain a full or up to date release of current BioGRID interaction data. Additionally, these datasets are subject to changes and modifications without notice, so there are zero guarantees that a given dataset will maintain its current format into the future. Otherwise, use at your own risk.

If you have a database and would like to have a file created for loading into your site, contact us at: biogridadmin@gmail.com to make your request.
